Privacy Policy

Effective date: May 1, 2026 · Last updated: May 14, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Kime Technologies LLC, operating as Kimelogic ("we", "us", or "our"), handles information in connection with our mobile and web games — currently TileBlitz and Grumble Run (each, "the App"; collectively, "the Apps"). We take your privacy seriously and collect only what is necessary to operate the games.

1. Information We Collect

Stored locally on your device only (never sent to our servers):

This data is stored in your device's local storage and is removed when you uninstall the App.

Daily-challenge leaderboard (active): When you complete a daily challenge run, the App submits the following information to our server so your score can appear on the leaderboard:

If you reinstall the App, your random identifier is regenerated and your prior leaderboard entries can no longer be linked to you. You may change your display name at any time from Settings → Leaderboard Name.

Cloud save (active): Your game progress (level stars, inventory, coin balance) is mirrored from your device to our server as an opaque save blob, identified by the same random anonymous identifier described above. We do not inspect the contents of this blob. It is used solely to back up your progress for the device that created it; until you sign in (see below), cross-device sync is not available.

Signed-in players: Sign in with Google is currently available in TileBlitz on Android and is being enabled in Grumble Run. Sign in with Apple is not yet available in the apps; we expect to enable it in a future update. When you choose to sign in with Google, we receive the Google-issued anonymous identifier for your account (along with the email address and display name only if you explicitly grant those scopes during the Google consent prompt). We use that identifier solely to link your cloud save across devices and to authenticate your leaderboard submissions. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or contacting you, and we do not share it with third parties.

Crash and error reports: We use Sentry to collect anonymized crash and error reports so we can fix bugs that affect real players. Reports include the type of device, operating system version, and a stack trace of the crash — never your name, email, game progress, or in-game purchases.

Advertising identifiers: Google AdMob serves ads in the App. AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, advertising ID on Android) to deliver relevant ads and measure ad performance. On iOS 14.5 and later, the App requests your permission via Apple's "App Tracking Transparency" prompt before any cross-app tracking occurs. You may decline; we will still serve ads, but they will be less personalized. You can change your choice anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, or on Android via Settings → Privacy → Ads.

2. How We Use Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses or plans to integrate the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

4. Data Retention

Cloud save data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the address below. Local data (guest play) is stored on your device and is removed when you uninstall the App.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for all data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not store payment card information — all purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their security standards.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to opt out of certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@kimelogic.com.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
